1. Acceptance of Terms & Definitions

By accessing our website, submitting a request, communicating with us by phone/SMS/email, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• "Service" means the information routing and coordination service provided by the Company.
• "Request" means the information you submit asking to be connected with a Service Provider.
• "Service Provider" means an independent third-party contractor or owner-operator who may contact you after receiving your Request information.

2. Nature of the Service (No Contracting, No Endorsement)

• INFORMATION ROUTING ONLY. We route Request information to one or more Service Providers. We do not supervise, direct, control, or guarantee Service Provider work, pricing, availability, arrival times, or outcomes.
• NO SERVICE CONTRACT WITH COMPANY. Any agreement for services, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, permits, safety, materials, payment, and billing is strictly between you and the Service Provider. THE COMPANY IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY SERVICE AGREEMENT.
• NO ENDORSEMENT OR GUARANTEE. Any statements such as "vetted," "qualified," or "local" are general descriptions of routing criteria and ARE NOT A WARRANTY, CERTIFICATION, OR GUARANTEE of licensing, insurance, pricing, availability, or workmanship.

3. SMS Communications & A2P 10DLC Compliance

By submitting a request and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive automated and manual text messages from Athens Dispatch Services at the phone number provided. These messages include routing updates and connection coordination.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service request activity.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
• Opt-Out: You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Zero Liability for Workmanship, Pricing, or Payment

YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY HAS ZERO RESPONSIBILITY AND ZERO LIABILITY FOR:

• The quality of any Service Provider's work, workmanship, negligence, errors, omissions, warranties, or guarantees.
• Any property damage, personal injury, death, or loss arising from a Service Provider's work or presence.
• Any pricing disputes, estimates, change orders, invoices, collections, refunds, chargebacks, or non-payment.
• Any delays, no-shows, incomplete work, or miscommunications.

5. Release, Hold Harmless, and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, you (on behalf of yourself and anyone at the property) release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the company and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) any Service Provider's acts or omissions; (b) any work performed or not performed; (c) any dispute between you and a Service Provider; and/or (d) your use of the Service.
